Velvet Take Over
This is an outfit that I call effortlessly sexy. Last Saturday, I had the chance to hang out with fellow blogger Audrey who is also located in New York. Although all odds were against us in terms of weather, we still had a great shoot. I wasn't sure on what I wanted to do with my hair, so yet again this pretty Nubian.tresses head wrap came in handy. After I finished my makeup, it took me less than 5 minutes to wrap my hair and put on my clothes. This dress is one of my favorite pieces from my closet. With it being very loose fitting, it allows so much versatility. (Photo of the last time I wore this dress) I know many people won't wear velvet fabric in the summer or spring however; that is not the case for me (rule breaker) lol. Also, I wasn't going for a particular look, I just knew I needed to get dressed quickly, but I still wanted to look nice. Another thing that went through my mind was comfortability. Walking the streets of New York with high heels regularly is not the go to thing for me (small laugh). I hope you guys enjoy this post, email me if you have any questions.
