Blazer Sizzle

So......style isn't always something that you can pick up and view in a magazine, it is something that many times one has seen before but possibly over looked. I wanted to incorporate a lot of what is trending now and add my own edginess to it. With that being said I took a really thick blazer that I have a fabric obsession with, and made it an off the shoulder blazer. This can only work if the blazer you have is big enough to cover your cleavage and yet thick enough not to slide off your shoulders. All I did was button the 3rd to last button of this blazer and I folded the collar inwards. As for my skirt, this is a thrift store item. It can be low key old ladyish, (small laugh) but it seems that the long skirts of the 50's are back, so I am sure you can find this at anything popular clothing store. I also have a link down below of the same exact skirt that I have so no worries. When styling this, all I did was twist the skirt to the side and left the majority of my buttons, un-buttoned. I basically manipulated my skirt into looking like it has a slit, even if it didn't exactly come with one. To me, that is what fashion is. It is about expressing yourself through your wardrobe. I love to create, so I use my creativity while getting dressed, why not? With this outfit, it gave me a chill vibe, which is exactly what I was looking for. I also felt very sexy and yet  comfortable. I hope this inspires you all to keep being creative and wear whatever you want and however you want it. All outfit details will be down below.
